The Challenge
Be CrackerJack set out to build India's first dedicated e-learning platform for after-school tuition — connecting students with qualified teachers for online classes. The platform needed to handle three distinct roles (student, teacher, admin) with profile management, subscription-based class access, and smooth video conferencing integration — all in a single unified system.

Over 3 years, I built the complete platform from the ground up: a Laravel backend powering the API and business logic, an Angular frontend for a responsive web experience, and MongoDB for flexible data storage. The platform supported student and teacher profiles, subscription management, and online class scheduling. At its peak, Be CrackerJack served over 2,000 students with 70+ active teachers — demonstrating strong product-market fit in the Indian ed-tech space.
