Architected a full-stack B2B travel booking platform with hotel, rental vehicle, and taxi support — built from scratch and handed over to the client's in-house engineering team.
The Challenge
An NRI entrepreneur returned to India with a vision for a B2B hotel management platform with rental vehicle and taxi support. The goal was to build an entire system from scratch — backend, web frontend, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure — capable of scaling to attract investors and growing into a mature enterprise.

The Solution
Over 3 years, I designed and built the complete platform: a Laravel backend, Angular web frontend, and Flutter mobile apps for iOS and Android, with a full DevOps pipeline on AWS. As the platform grew, the client assembled an in-house engineering team and I delivered the complete codebase and infrastructure to them. The project evolved from a solo developer engagement to a funded enterprise operating at scale.
